Round 2 · Clarifications

Just a few more details, Keeley

Thank you for the first round — you've answered the big questions. These are the last gaps.

Hi Keeley Your first questionnaire (28 May) resolved the credentials, BACP number, modalities, fees, press, reviews policy and your USPs — thank you. We're now down to a handful of items that are still open or that we need before we can take the site out of "private demo" mode. Most are quick yes/no. Where it helps, we've reminded you what you said last time.

Hit Save at the bottom and we'll do the rest.
1Your Marlow location
You picked "Both equally" for lead location, but the first form only captured your Uxbridge address. We need the Marlow side too so the local-SEO and Google Business signals line up.
2Marlow interior photos
Last time you said"Uploading the pics to a google pics drive and will send separately."
3Your personal story
Last time you answered"no" — which we couldn't quite read. Could you pick one of the options below?
Research has the arc: raised on a West London council estate · single mother of two · worked as IKEA cashier through an abusive relationship · Brunel University · MA Psychotherapy at Metanoia · built Key for Change. This is rich Experience-pillar material for Google's E-E-A-T but only if you want it shared.
4GoHighLevel lead sync
Last time you said"I am mindful that GHL is my CRM and I capture leads via this format so it would be good to sync them."
For every enquiry-form submission on the new site to land in your GHL pipeline, we need a few specifics. If any of this is jargon, no worries — just tick "set this up for me" and we'll log in to your GHL and wire it.
5Your package prices
Last time you said"£250 initial consultation, then clients opt into a package that can be paid in full or monthly" + a Drive PDF with the detail.
For SEO + booking pages we need a published price (Google rewards transparency & users filter by it). We can either publish your package prices in plain text, or just publish "from £X" with a "request the full price list" link.
6Compliance & trust signals
Therapy sites are YMYL ("Your Money or Your Life") to Google — credentials and registrations carry more weight than on a normal small-business site. None of these have to be displayed publicly; we just need them on file.
7Booking flow & safety features
A Quick Exit button (top-right, sends the visitor to bbc.co.uk when they press ESC) is industry-standard on narcissistic-abuse / domestic-abuse pages — helps anyone reading the site while their abuser is nearby. We strongly recommend enabling it on the toxic-relationship pages.
8Brand & domain
9One last thing
